Donation & Refund Policy

Bienveillance Foundation does not currently accept donations through this website. No bank account details, UPI identifiers or payment links are published here, and any that appear elsewhere claiming to represent us should be verified with us first by calling +91 80760 05075.

We make no claim to any tax-exemption or foreign-contribution registration on this website. Any such status will be stated only once granted, and only with the corresponding certificate available.

Contributions will be applied to programme delivery and the operating costs necessary to run those programmes. Donors will be able to indicate a preferred area of work, and we will honour that preference wherever practical.

Every contribution will be receipted to the name and contact details provided by the donor. Receipt formats and any legally required donor details will be confirmed before the facility opens.

Donations are ordinarily final. Where a donation is made in error — a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount — the donor may request a correction by contacting us promptly, and we will review each request in good faith.

Recurring contributions may be cancelled at any time by writing to us; cancellation applies to future instalments.
