Bienveillance Training Centre
Training Today. Transforming Tomorrow.
Learn. Grow. Lead. Serve. Our Training Centre is committed to building skills, spreading awareness and creating a better tomorrow.
Introduction
A Place to Build Real Capability
The Training Centre is dedicated to Environment Sanrakshan, Sports and Culture — and to the personal capability that makes participation in all three possible.
Training is practical and small-group by design. Learners work through real exercises rather than lectures, and are encouraged to pass on what they learn within their own families, schools and neighbourhoods.
Our philosophy is simple: capability plus confidence plus contribution. Any one of the three alone is incomplete.

Methodology
How We Teach
Four commitments that shape every session.
- Practical first
- Learners do the task, then reflect on it. Theory supports practice, not the reverse.
- Small groups
- Sessions stay small enough for every participant to be heard and guided.
- Mentorship
- Experienced volunteers and practitioners work alongside learners.
- Contribution
- Every programme ends with learners applying the skill in their own community.
