Bienveillance Foundation is a Section 8 Nonprofit Organization registered in India (CIN U88900DC2026NPL473623), with its registered office at B-318, Ground Floor, Block GP, Pitampura, P.O. Saraswati Vihar, North West Delhi – 110034, India. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.
Information we collect
We collect information only when you choose to give it to us, for example when you submit a volunteer registration, training enquiry, partnership enquiry or contact form.
- Your name and, where you provide them, your age group and city.
- Contact details such as phone number and email address.
- The content of the message or enquiry you send us.
- For organisations: organisation name, contact person and the nature of the proposed partnership.
How we use your information
We use your information only for the purpose you provided it.
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up where required.
- To coordinate your participation in a programme, training session or volunteer activity.
- To keep necessary internal records of participation and correspondence.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not publish enquiry submissions or participant details on this website.

This website does not currently store form submissions in an online database; enquiries are handled directly by the Foundation.
